ITS Transit operohet nga ITS Albania ("ne"). Kontakt: privacy@its.al.
Çka bën aplikacioni
Shfaq stacione autobusi, orare dhe plane udhëtimi në Shqipëri.
Të dhënat që përpunojmë
1. Vendndodhja (e përafërt ose e saktë) — vetëm kur përdorni veçori që e kërkojnë: Afër teje, Vendndodhja ime te Planifikuesi, pozicionimi në hartë.
Përdoret për të gjetur stacionet përreth dhe për të llogaritur pjesën në këmbë të udhëtimit.
Koordinatat dërgohen në kërkesë te API-ja jonë (api.itsalbania.com) dhe, për drejtime në këmbë, te OpenRouteService (openrouteservice.org).
Nuk ndërtojmë histori vendndodhjeje.
2. Kërkimet dhe parametrat e udhëtimit (nisja, destinacioni, data, ora) — dërgohen te API-ja jonë për të prodhuar rezultatin.
Udhëtimet e ruajtura mbeten vetëm në pajisjen tuaj.
3. Të dhëna teknike — adresa IP, versioni i aplikacionit, lloji i pajisjes, regjistrat e gabimeve — përpunohen nga serverët tanë për siguri dhe funksionim.
4. Hartat — pllakat e hartës vijnë nga ofrues të bazuar në OpenStreetMap, të cilët marrin adresën IP.
5. Pa reklama. Pa SDK analitike të aktivizuar. Nuk kërkohet llogari.
Çka NUK bëjmë
- Nuk shesim të dhëna personale.
- Nuk mbledhim kontakte, foto, skedarë, SMS ose regjistra telefonatash.
- Nuk ju gjurmojmë në sfond.
Bazat ligjore (GDPR)
Interesi legjitim (ofrimi i shërbimit) dhe pëlqimi (leja e vendndodhjes mund të tërhiqet në çdo moment nga cilësimet e sistemit).
Ruajtja
Regjistrat e serverit ruhen për një periudhë të kufizuar për siguri. Të dhënat lokale mbeten derisa t'i fshini ose të çinstaloni aplikacionin.
Të drejtat tuaja
Qasje, korrigjim, fshirje, kundërshtim, portabilitet. Shkruani në privacy@its.al.
Fëmijët
Aplikacioni nuk u drejtohet fëmijëve nën 13 vjeç.

Çdo ndryshim publikohet në këtë faqe.
Lejet
- Internet — për stacionet, oraret dhe udhëtimet.
- Vendndodhja — vetëm për Afër teje / Vendndodhja ime; mund të hiqet nga cilësimet e sistemit.

Who we are
ITS Transit is operated by ITS Albania ("we"). Contact: privacy@its.al.
What the app does
It shows bus stops, timetables and journey plans in Albania.
Data we process
1. Location (approximate or precise) — only when you use features that need it: Near me, the planner's My location, map positioning.
It is used to find nearby stops and to compute the walking part of a journey.
Coordinates are sent in the request to our API (api.itsalbania.com) and, for walking directions, to OpenRouteService (openrouteservice.org).
We do not build a location history.
2. Searches and journey parameters (start, destination, date, time) — sent to our API to produce a result.
Saved journeys stay on your device only.
3. Technical data — IP address, app version, device type, error logs — processed by our servers for security and reliability.
4. Maps — map tiles come from OpenStreetMap-based providers, which receive your IP address.
5. No ads. No analytics SDK initialised. No account required.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not collect contacts, photos, files, SMS or call logs.
- We do not track you in the background.
Legal bases (GDPR)
Legitimate interest (providing the service) and consent (the location permission can be revoked at any time in system settings).
Retention
Server logs are kept for a limited period for security. Local data remains until you delete it or uninstall the app.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability. Write to privacy@its.al.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
Any change will be published on this page.
Permissions
- Internet — to fetch stops, timetables and journeys.
- Location — only for Near me / My location; can be revoked in system settings.
